IV. Exclusions
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear of pool equipment and accessories.
Damage caused by neglect, misuse, improper maintenance, or failure to follow our care and maintenance guidelines.
Changes in the pool's appearance, including color variations or surface imperfections, which are considered normal due to weather, water chemistry, and aging.
Damage resulting from acts of nature, accidents, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications to the pool.
V. Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, the original owner must notify Norcal Pool Construction in writing of the alleged defect within 30 days of discovery. Our team will inspect the pool and determine if the issue falls within the scope of this warranty. If so, NorCal Pool Construction will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective components.
VI. Limitations of Liability
Our liability under this Limited Lifetime Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components as determined by Norcal Pool Construction. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the warranty claim.
VII. Lifetime Defined
The term "lifetime" in this warranty refers to the lifetime of the original owner or as long as they own the property where the pool was constructed or renovated. It does not imply a specific number of years.
VIII. Transfer of Ownership
The warranty is not transferable.
